The Star Ledger Magazine: Inside Jersey (September 2011 issue) has released a ranking of the best high schools in NJ.  They do not do an overall ranking, but rank by DFG (District Factor Group).  This is a measurement that places similar schools in a single category. Ocean ranks 6th in the statewide DFG and 1st among Monmouth County schools in our DFG.
